| Aluminium
remains the most popular material and LNP stocks
9 standard thickness in different grades to suit
requirements of purpose and finish. Brass,
stainless Steel and various plastic materials are
available in a similar range of thicknesses. Numerous surface finishing
processes may be used in different combinations.
These include anodising, etching, polishing,
selective graining and spinning, chrome and
nickel plating, screen and litho printing,
machine engraving and the deposition of paints
and lacquers by a variety of methods. Delicate
surface finishes may be supplied with a removable
protective film.
Precision cutting
equipment enables production to close tolerances,
achieved when appropriate with purpose made
tools.
